Nowadays is the first AI-powered platform for planning corporate events. Our software handles everything from venue sourcing to vendor negotiations, making it easier and faster for teams to meet up in real life.
We've planned events across the globe for companies like Google, Airbnb, and Quantstamp and we're just getting started.

💼What You'll Do
- •Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for customers hosting retreats + meetings
- •Run discovery calls, demos, and pricing conversations with confidence
- •Shape our product by bringing customer feedback directly into product decisions
- •Partner with our founders to refine messaging, pricing, and product positioning
- •Become a product expert who can speak fluently about our AI agents, capabilities, and integrations
- •Sell into meetings & events teams, people teams, executive assistants, and agencies across mid-market and enterprise organizations
- •Build and refine our sales playbook, pipeline, and CRM workflows
- •Help define what 'great sales' looks like at Nowadays from day one
🥇What We're Looking For
- •You've closed deals in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally SMB → mid-market)
- •We expect 70-100 client contacts a day
- •You're comfortable selling a product that's still evolving
- •You have strong product intuition and can tailor messaging by persona
- •You're scrappy, proactive, and not afraid of ambiguity
- •You enjoy building relationships and genuinely helping customers succeed
✨Bonus Points
- •Experience selling to event, marketing, HR, or operations teams
- •Proven top 10% performer. Experience attending a President's Club is a plus and helps you know what great planning looks like
- •Startup zero-to-one sales experience
- •Comfort with pricing conversations and negotiation
- •Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
📝The Details
Compensation
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80K-$120K base ($160K-$240K OTE) + 0.1-0.5% equity (range flexible based on experience)
